2. Acceptance of Terms

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, website quality and client cooperation. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, we do not warrant specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales or return on investment.

Third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) may change policies, pricing or features at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms.

6. Fees & Payment

Pricing shared on the website or during consultations is indicative only. Final fees, payment schedules, taxes and expenses will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may pause work or incur interest as stated in the client contract. Ad spend and third-party tool costs are typically billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, designs, copy and materials displayed on seorankpro.in are owned by SEO Rank Pro or our licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Upon full payment, ownership or license terms for deliverables created for a client will be as set out in the relevant client agreement.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, approvals and accurate business information needed to perform the work. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines and results.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they supply do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties may receive confidential business information during discussions or projects. Each party agrees to use such information only for the intended purpose and not disclose it except as required by law or with consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Rank Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to website use shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 if no paid services were provided. Service-specific warranties and liability limits may be further defined in client contracts.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SEO Rank Pro harmless from claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or content or materials you provide to us.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide additional rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
